(Believe me, we had a lot of them.) He not only made house hunting easy but he was extremely patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He would meet up with us and our kids after work, including some mornings and even weekends over the course of several months. He explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. My wife and I have been renting for years and were happy to finally be in a position where we could own our first home. I highly recommend Nilou to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. We have worked with several Realtors® in the past, and have some good friends that are also Realtors®, but we had recently just moved to Charlotte from Los Angeles. We met Nilou when we went to look at an investment property that she was listing and she immediately impressed us. She was extremely knowledgeable and didn't waste our time looking at houses we had no interest in. She handled the process smoothly from start to finish. What was a very difficult transaction due to lender issues, she managed the process exceptionally well through tough times and managed the Seller and Lender perfectly. We ended up getting through it and we couldn't have done it without her.

Brandy was wonderful to work with. We were first time home buyers and she not only explained the whole process at the beginning but also during each step. While viewing homes she doesn't hover and let's you view at your pace. She did a great job connecting me with homes that fit my criteria.
