Cotswold is located 10 minutes south of Uptown Charlotte and encompasses the area between Providence Road and Randolph Road. The intersection of Sharon Amity Road and Randolph Road is home to The Cotswold Village Shops, originally known as the Cotswold Mall. This shopping center was one of Charlotte’s first suburban malls in the 1963. It is a highly desirable area to live for its convenience to Uptown and SouthPark. Many of the original homes that were built in the 1950’s and 1960’s have undergone renovations and complete remodeling. A few of the neighborhoods include Sherwood Forest, Randolph Park, Providence Park and the majestic Rosewood at Providence high rise at the intersection of Providence and Sharon Amity roads. Cotswold offers plenty of restaurants, shopping and medical facility options and is just minutes from hospitals as well as public and private schools.
