Annie Singxay

Born in Fort Worth, Texas of Laotian descent and living in North Carolina since age 4, Annie now calls herself a native to Charlotte.

Annie is competitive by nature whether it be sports, work, or board games chance of reward or not. “If you’re not first. You’re last.” With a background in staffing and recruiting, a transition to real estate sales was inevitable. With piqued interest, her eyes were open to a new world that allowed her to use her skillset to place candidates in the right roles and provide them the financial stability to one day be able to buy their first home.

As a former Honeybee for the Charlotte Hornets, Annie fell in love with the spirit of the city and its residents. It was an honor to call herself an NBA Dancer and she took pride in representing the team and the city. Her love of Charlotte and passion for real estate continues to grow and that passion inspires her to help others make this great city a place they call home.

When not working with clients, Annie spends time with her daughter, family, and friends. Watching football games, cooking, fitness, and venturing out to new restaurants as an aspiring food critic is amongst some of her favorite things.
